Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken Livers – 500g, cleaned
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🍃 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- 🌱 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and all the dry spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
- 🥘 Add chicken livers and cook until they are tender and the gravy thickens.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
