Chicken Livers Curry

Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken Livers – 500g, cleaned
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • 💛 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🌱 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and all the dry spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add chicken livers and cook until they are tender and the gravy thickens.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
