Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 kg, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 4-5, finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – 1 bunch
- 🍃 Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
- 🫙 Cafreal masala – 3 tbsp
- 🥄 Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🌿 Grind coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and spices into a smooth paste.
- 🍗 Marinate chicken pieces with the prepared paste, lime juice, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's browned on all sides.
- 💧 Add a little water, cover the pan, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy has thickened.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
