Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – 1 kg, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 4-5, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – 1 bunch
  • 🍃 Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🫙 Cafreal masala – 3 tbsp
  • 🥄 Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🌿 Grind coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and spices into a smooth paste.
  • 🍗 Marinate chicken pieces with the prepared paste, lime juice, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's browned on all sides.
  • 💧 Add a little water, cover the pan, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy has thickened.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
