Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – for fermentation starter
- 🌱 Marcha – (fermentation culture)
- 💧 Water – for brewing
- 🌾 Millet or Barley – main grain base
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare the Starter: Mix cooked rice with marcha.
- 🌾 Grain Preparation: Steam or cook millet/barley until soft.
- 🍶 Fermentation: Combine starter and cooked grain in a container with water.
- ⏳ Brewing: Allow mixture to ferment for 7-10 days.
- 🫗 Serving: Dilute with warm water and enjoy!
