Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – for fermentation starter
  • 🌱 Marcha – (fermentation culture)
  • 💧 Water – for brewing
  • 🌾 Millet or Barley – main grain base

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare the Starter: Mix cooked rice with marcha.
  • 🌾 Grain Preparation: Steam or cook millet/barley until soft.
  • 🍶 Fermentation: Combine starter and cooked grain in a container with water.
  • ⏳ Brewing: Allow mixture to ferment for 7-10 days.
  • 🫗 Serving: Dilute with warm water and enjoy!
