Chenna Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread slices – 4
  • 🧀 Cheese slices – 2
  • 🥛 Chenna (paneer) – 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – for grilling

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix crumbled chenna, chopped onion, green chili, and cilantro.
  • 🥪 Spread the chenna mixture evenly on two bread slices.
  • 🧀 Place a cheese slice on top of the chenna mixture.
  • 🍞 Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  • 🔥 Apply butter on both sides of the sandwich and grill on a pan until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
