Chenna Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 4
- 🧀 Cheese slices – 2
- 🥛 Chenna (paneer) – 1/2 cup, crumbled
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – 1 tbsp, chopped
- 🧈 Butter – for grilling
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix crumbled chenna, chopped onion, green chili, and cilantro.
- 🥪 Spread the chenna mixture evenly on two bread slices.
- 🧀 Place a cheese slice on top of the chenna mixture.
- 🍞 Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- 🔥 Apply butter on both sides of the sandwich and grill on a pan until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
