Ingredients

  • 🍚 Tteok (rice cakes) – 500g
  • 🧀 Cheese – shredded mozzarella
  • 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🍵 Broth – 2 cups (chicken or vegetable)

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil broth in a pan.
  • 🍚 Add tteok, gochujang, and onion.
  • 🌶️ Simmer until the tteok is soft and the sauce has thickened.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
  • ✨ Serve hot and enjoy!
