Ingredients
- 🍚 Tteok (rice cakes) – 500g
- 🧀 Cheese – shredded mozzarella
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🍵 Broth – 2 cups (chicken or vegetable)
Instructions
- 💧 Boil broth in a pan.
- 🍚 Add tteok, gochujang, and onion.
- 🌶️ Simmer until the tteok is soft and the sauce has thickened.
- 🧀 Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
- ✨ Serve hot and enjoy!
