Ingredients

  • 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – cubed
  • 🫛 Boiled Green Peas – 1/2 cup
  • 🧅 Red Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely diced
  • 🥣 Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – fresh chopped
  • 🧂 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🥨 Sev – thin crispy noodles for topping

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mash the boiled potatoes and peas together in a bowl until slightly chunky.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the potato-pea mixture until warm and lightly browned.
  • 🧂 Stir in the chaat masala and salt to taste, then remove from heat.
  • 🥗 Arrange the mixture on plates and top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and generous drizzles of tamarind chutney.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and a handful of crispy sev before serving immediately.
