Ingredients
- 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – cubed
- 🫛 Boiled Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Red Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely diced
- 🥣 Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – fresh chopped
- 🧂 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- 🥨 Sev – thin crispy noodles for topping
Instructions
- 🥣 Mash the boiled potatoes and peas together in a bowl until slightly chunky.
- 🔥 Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the potato-pea mixture until warm and lightly browned.
- 🧂 Stir in the chaat masala and salt to taste, then remove from heat.
- 🥗 Arrange the mixture on plates and top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and generous drizzles of tamarind chutney.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and a handful of crispy sev before serving immediately.
