Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground lamb or beef – 1 lb
- 🌶️ Red bell pepper – 1, finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1, grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Olive oil – for grilling
Instructions
- 🔪 Combine ground meat, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt in a bowl.
- 👐 Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is sticky.
- 🍢 Shape the meat mixture onto wide, flat skewers.
- 🔥 Grill the Adana kebabs over charcoal, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
