Ingredients

  • 🥬 Vegetables – bok choy or choy sum
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped for garnish
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – for seasoning
  • 🥄 Oyster sauce – for seasoning
  • 💧 Broth – chicken or pork

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • ♨️ Cook or steam wantons until heated through.
  • 🥬 Blanch vegetables until tender-crisp.
  • 🥣 Combine noodles, wantons, char siu, and vegetables in a bowl.
