Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton pieces – small, bite-sized
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Chakna masala – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pressure cooker or pot; add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden.
- 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- 🐑 Add mutton pieces, chakna masala, salt, and turmeric powder; sauté well until browned.
- 💧 Add water and pressure cook until mutton is tender or simmer until cooked.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot as a snack. ✨
