Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread flour – 3 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🫖 Chai concentrate – 1/2 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1/4 cup, melted
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Yeast – 2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
- 🥚 Egg - 1 large
Instructions
- 🔥 Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk, then add chai concentrate and melted butter.
- 🥣 In a large bowl, combine flour and salt, then add the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- ⏱️ Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
- 🔨 Shape the dough into a loaf, place in a greased pan, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- ♨️ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
