Ingredients
- 🐟 White Fish – 1 lb, cut into cubes
- 🍋 Lime Juice – 1 cup, fresh
- 🌶️ Red Onion – 1/2, thinly sliced
- 🌿 Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🔥 Jalapeño – 1, minced (optional)
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🌽 Corn – optional, for serving
- 🍠 Sweet Potato – optional, for serving
Instructions
- 🧊 Marinate the fish in lime juice in the refrigerator.
- ⏰ Let it sit for about 2 hours, or until fish is opaque.
- 🧅 Add red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🥣 Serve chilled with corn and sweet potato (optional).
