Ingredients

  • 🟢 Green Cendol Jelly – for texture and color
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – for creamy base
  • 🌴 Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka) – for sweetness
  • 🧊 Shaved Ice – for refreshing coolness
  • 🔴 Red Beans – optional, for added flavor

Instructions

  • 🌴 Prepare the palm sugar syrup by melting gula melaka with water. Let it cool.
  • 🧊 Shave ice and keep chilled.
  • 🥛 In a glass or bowl, add cendol jelly, red beans (if using).
  • 🥥 Pour coconut milk over the cendol and beans.
  • 🌴 Drizzle generously with palm sugar syrup, top with shaved ice, and serve immediately. 🥄
