Ingredients
- 🥕 Carrots – 4 large, scrubbed and chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1-inch piece, peeled
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 juiced
- 💧 Water – 1/2 cup (optional for blending)
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- 🥕 Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into small chunks for easier blending.
- 🫚 Prepare the ginger by peeling it and slicing it into small pieces.
- 🍹 Place carrots, ginger, and a splash of water into a juicer or blender.
- 🌪️ Process until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
