Ingredients

  • 🥕 Carrots – 4 large, scrubbed and chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1-inch piece, peeled
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 juiced
  • 💧 Water – 1/2 cup (optional for blending)
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  • 🥕 Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into small chunks for easier blending.
  • 🫚 Prepare the ginger by peeling it and slicing it into small pieces.
  • 🍹 Place carrots, ginger, and a splash of water into a juicer or blender.
  • 🌪️ Process until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  • ✨ Stir in lemon juice and honey, then pour into glasses and serve fresh.
