Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground pork or chicken – 1 lb
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🍚 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24 pieces
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine ground meat, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
  • 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into desired shape.
  • ♨️ Steam the bites for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with dipping sauce (soy sauce or chili oil).
