Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground pork or chicken – 1 lb
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🍚 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24 pieces
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine ground meat, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into desired shape.
- ♨️ Steam the bites for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with dipping sauce (soy sauce or chili oil).
