Ingredients

  • 🍝 Cannelloni pasta tubes
  • ☀️ Sundried tomatoes – chopped
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – for filling
  • 🌿 Spinach – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce
  • 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • 🌿 Basil – fresh, for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🧅🧄 Sauté onion and garlic, then add sundried tomatoes and spinach.
  • 🧀 Mix ricotta cheese with the sautéed mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • 🍝 Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture.
  • 🍅 Spread tomato sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed cannelloni on top, and cover with more sauce.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with basil.
