Ingredients
- 🍝 Cannelloni pasta tubes
- ☀️ Sundried tomatoes – chopped
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – for filling
- 🌿 Spinach – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍅 Tomato sauce
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
- 🌿 Basil – fresh, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🧅🧄 Sauté onion and garlic, then add sundried tomatoes and spinach.
- 🧀 Mix ricotta cheese with the sautéed mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- 🍝 Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture.
- 🍅 Spread tomato sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed cannelloni on top, and cover with more sauce.
- 🧀 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with basil.
