Ingredients
- 🍝 Campanelle pasta – 1 pound
- 🧅 Onion – ½ cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 6 oz
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 cup
- 🍷 Vodka – ¼ cup
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – for serving
- 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook campanelle pasta according to package directions.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add vodka and simmer.
- 🥛 Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
