Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- ♨️ Heat a flat non-stick pan or griddle.
- 🥄 Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the hot pan and spread into a thin circle.
- 🧈 Add butter around the edges and on top of the dosa.
- ⏳ Cook until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
