Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 1 lb, boneless, skinless
- 🍜 Buldak sauce – 2 tbsp (or to taste)
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – optional, for topping
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix chicken with Buldak sauce, gochujang, and minced garlic. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until softened.
- 🥘 Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 🍚 Serve hot over rice, topped with mozzarella cheese if desired. Enjoy! ✨
