Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🌶️ Buffalo Wing Sauce – 1/2 cup
- 🥣 Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in yogurt, tandoori masala, garlic, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a tandoor.
- 🍢 Thread chicken onto skewers or arrange on a baking sheet.
- ♨️ Cook chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through, basting with buffalo wing sauce during the last 10 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
