Instructions

  • 🔥 Trim excess fat from the brisket.
  • 🧂 Generously season brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • 💨 Smoke brisket at 225°F (107°C) for 6-8 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 203°F (95°C).
  • 🔪 Wrap in butcher paper or foil when the bark is set (around 165-170°F).
  • 🛌 Rest brisket for at least 1 hour before slicing against the grain and serving.
