Ingredients
- 🥩 Brisket – about 3-4 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Herbs – thyme, rosemary
- 🥣 Beef broth – 2 cups
- 🍪 Biscuits – 12 ready-made or homemade
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear the brisket on all sides in a large pot or Dutch oven.
- 🧅 Add onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
- 🌿 Pour in beef broth and add herbs. Bring to a simmer.
- 🥘 Cover and braise in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 3-4 hours, or until brisket is tender.
- 🍪 Serve sliced brisket with biscuits and pan juices.
