Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🌱 Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar.
  • 🥣 Combine flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and lemon zest. Add yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  • ⏳ Let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled.
  • 🔪 Roll out dough and cut into circles. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy! 🍩
