Ingredients
- 🐟 Bombil (Bombay Duck) – cleaned and filleted
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – for spice
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – for flavor
- 🫘 Gram Flour (Besan) – for coating
- 🍚 Rice Flour – for crispiness
- 🌿 Ginger-Garlic Paste – for flavor
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- ☀️ Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- 🌱 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate bombil in lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
- ⏳ Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- ✨ In a separate bowl, mix gram flour and rice flour with a pinch of salt and chili powder.
- 🐟 Coat each bombil piece in the flour mixture.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the bombil until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot!
