Ingredients

  • 🥖 Baguette – 1 small
  • 🍖 Grilled Pork/Chicken/Tofu – 4oz
  • 🥒 Pickled Daikon & Carrots – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – a few sprigs
  • 🌶️ Jalapeño – thinly sliced (optional)
  • 🍶 Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥖 Slice the baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through.
  • 🍶 Spread mayonnaise and soy sauce on both sides of the bread.
  • 🍖 Add your choice of protein (grilled pork, chicken, or tofu).
  • 🥒 Top with pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  • ✨ Serve immediately and enjoy your Bánh Mì!
