Ingredients
- 🥖 Baguette – 1 small
- 🍖 Grilled Pork/Chicken/Tofu – 4oz
- 🥒 Pickled Daikon & Carrots – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – a few sprigs
- 🌶️ Jalapeño – thinly sliced (optional)
- 🍶 Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥖 Slice the baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through.
- 🍶 Spread mayonnaise and soy sauce on both sides of the bread.
- 🍖 Add your choice of protein (grilled pork, chicken, or tofu).
- 🥒 Top with pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- ✨ Serve immediately and enjoy your Bánh Mì!
