Ingredients

- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🥄 Baking powder – 1 tsp
- 🍯 Honey – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine millet flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 🥚 In another bowl, whisk egg and milk, then add to dry ingredients.
- 🫐 Gently fold in blueberries.
- 🥞 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat.
