Ingredients

  • 🍤 Blue prawns – 1 lb, cleaned
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍤 Add blue prawns and chili flakes (if using), cook until pink and opaque.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lime juice over the prawns.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • 🍚 Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
