Ingredients
- 🍤 Blue prawns – 1 lb, cleaned
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add blue prawns and chili flakes (if using), cook until pink and opaque.
