Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 🦋 Blue spirulina powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍯 Sweetener (honey, agave) – to taste
  • 💧 Hot water – 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🦋 Whisk blue spirulina powder with a little hot water (optional) to form a paste.
  • 🔥 Heat milk until warm, but not boiling.
  • 🥣 Combine the spirulina paste and warm milk.
  • 🍯 Add sweetener to taste and mix well.
  • ☕ Pour into a mug and enjoy your Blue Latte!
