Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🦋 Blue spirulina powder – 1 tsp
- 🍯 Sweetener (honey, agave) – to taste
- 💧 Hot water – 2 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🦋 Whisk blue spirulina powder with a little hot water (optional) to form a paste.
- 🔥 Heat milk until warm, but not boiling.
- 🥣 Combine the spirulina paste and warm milk.
- 🍯 Add sweetener to taste and mix well.
- ☕ Pour into a mug and enjoy your Blue Latte!
