Ingredients
- 🍚 Arborio Rice – 1 cup
- 🍄 Mixed Mushrooms – 8 oz, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Shallots – 1, finely chopped
- 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 4 cups
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
- 🖤 Black Truffle Oil – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté shallots and garlic in butter until softened.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender.
- 🍚 Stir in rice and toast for 1 minute, then add broth gradually, stirring constantly until absorbed.
- 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and black truffle oil.
- ✨ Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with truffle shavings (optional) before serving.
