Black Truffle Mushroom Rice

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Arborio Rice – 1 cup
  • 🍄 Mixed Mushrooms – 8 oz, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Shallots – 1, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 4 cups
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
  • 🖤 Black Truffle Oil – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté shallots and garlic in butter until softened.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender.
  • 🍚 Stir in rice and toast for 1 minute, then add broth gradually, stirring constantly until absorbed.
  • 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and black truffle oil.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with truffle shavings (optional) before serving.
