Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 8 oz
- 🧀 Pecorino Romano – finely grated
- 🖤 Black Truffle – thinly shaved
- 🖤 Black Pepper – freshly ground
- 💧 Pasta Water – reserved
Instructions
- 💧 Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, reserving pasta water.
- 🔥 Toast black pepper in a pan until fragrant.
- 🧀 Combine pecorino romano and black pepper.
- 🍝 Add a little pasta water to the cheese mixture to form a paste.
- ✨ Toss spaghetti with cheese mixture, adding more pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Top with shaved black truffle and serve immediately.
