Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 8 oz
  • 🧀 Pecorino Romano – finely grated
  • 🖤 Black Truffle – thinly shaved
  • 🖤 Black Pepper – freshly ground
  • 💧 Pasta Water – reserved

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, reserving pasta water.
  • 🔥 Toast black pepper in a pan until fragrant.
  • 🧀 Combine pecorino romano and black pepper.
  • 🍝 Add a little pasta water to the cheese mixture to form a paste.
  • ✨ Toss spaghetti with cheese mixture, adding more pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Top with shaved black truffle and serve immediately.
