Black Garlic Pulao

Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🧄 Black Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, slit
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- ⚙️ Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍚 Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add black garlic, green chili, and sauté for a minute.
- 🍚 Add rice, garam masala, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
