Black Garlic Pulao

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧄 Black Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, slit
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • ⚙️ Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 💧 Water – 4 cups
  • 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍚 Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add black garlic, green chili, and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍚 Add rice, garam masala, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
