Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🍗 Chicken/Mutton/Vegetables – main ingredient
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – fresh herbs
- 🥄 Biryani Masala – spice mix
- 💧 Yogurt – for marinade
- 🥄 Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate chicken/mutton/vegetables with yogurt and spices.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes and green chilies.
- 🍚 Layer marinated ingredients and rice in a pot.
- 💧 Add water and cook on low heat until rice is cooked and flavors meld.
- 🌿 Garnish with mint and cilantro. Serve the Biryani with sides (thali).
