Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🍗 Chicken/Mutton/Vegetables – main ingredient
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – fresh herbs
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala – spice mix
  • 💧 Yogurt – for marinade
  • 🥄 Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🍗 Marinate chicken/mutton/vegetables with yogurt and spices.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes and green chilies.
  • 🍚 Layer marinated ingredients and rice in a pot.
  • 💧 Add water and cook on low heat until rice is cooked and flavors meld.
  • 🌿 Garnish with mint and cilantro. Serve the Biryani with sides (thali).
