Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef chuck – 2 lbs
  • 🌶️ Dried chiles – ancho, guajillo
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 4 packages
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🌶️ Rehydrate dried chiles in hot water, then blend with garlic, onion, and spices to make a birria paste.
  • 🥩 Sear beef and then slow cook in birria paste and broth until tender.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • 🥣 Shred the beef and serve over ramen noodles with the birria broth.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
