Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef chuck – 2 lbs
- 🌶️ Dried chiles – ancho, guajillo
- 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 4 packages
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🌶️ Rehydrate dried chiles in hot water, then blend with garlic, onion, and spices to make a birria paste.
- 🥩 Sear beef and then slow cook in birria paste and broth until tender.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 🥣 Shred the beef and serve over ramen noodles with the birria broth.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
