  • 🍚 Rice – cooked
  • 🫘 Dal – lentils, cooked
  • 🥔 Aloo Chokha – mashed potatoes
  • 🥬 Saag – leafy greens
  • 🥒 Raita – yogurt with vegetables
  • 🥭 Achar – pickle
  • 🫓 Roti – flatbread

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare rice and keep warm.
  • 🫘 Cook dal (lentils) until soft and creamy.
  • 🥔 Make aloo chokha by mashing potatoes with spices.
  • 🥬 Cook saag (leafy greens) with garlic and spices.
  • 🥒 Assemble the thali with rice, dal, aloo chokha, saag, raita, achar and roti.
