- 🍚 Rice – cooked
- 🫘 Dal – lentils, cooked
- 🥔 Aloo Chokha – mashed potatoes
- 🥬 Saag – leafy greens
- 🥒 Raita – yogurt with vegetables
- 🥭 Achar – pickle
- 🫓 Roti – flatbread
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare rice and keep warm.
- 🫘 Cook dal (lentils) until soft and creamy.
- 🥔 Make aloo chokha by mashing potatoes with spices.
- 🥬 Cook saag (leafy greens) with garlic and spices.
- 🥒 Assemble the thali with rice, dal, aloo chokha, saag, raita, achar and roti.
