Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate pork steaks with garlic, bay leaf, white wine, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork steaks until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🥖 Split the crusty rolls and lightly toast them.
  • 🥩 Place the cooked pork steaks inside the rolls.
