Ingredients

- 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup
- 🥖 Crusty rolls – 4
- 🌶️ Piri-piri sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate pork steaks with garlic, bay leaf, white wine, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork steaks until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🥖 Split the crusty rolls and lightly toast them.
- 🥩 Place the cooked pork steaks inside the rolls.
- 🌶️ Drizzle with piri-piri sauce and serve immediately.
