Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large

Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies and tomatoes, cook until soft.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with salt and spices; pour into the pan.
- 🍳 Scramble the eggs until cooked through but still moist.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
