Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
  • 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • 🌼 Fennel Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Bhaang – as needed (optional)
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧊 Ice cubes – as needed

Instructions

  • 🌰 Soak almonds, fennel seeds, and poppy seeds in warm water for a few hours.
  • 🌿 Grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste. Add bhaang if using.
  • 🥛 Mix the paste with milk and sugar.
  • 🧊 Add ice cubes and serve chilled. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
