Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup soaked
- 🌱 Urad Dal – 1/2 cup soaked
- 🌿 Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp soaked
- ⚫ Benne Seeds (Sesame) – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Grind soaked rice, dal, and fenugreek into a smooth batter.
- 🌑 Add sesame seeds and salt to the batter and mix well.
- ⏳ Let the batter ferment for at least 6-8 hours.
- 🔥 Heat a griddle or pan and grease it lightly.
- 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Serve hot.
