Ingredients

  • 🍫 Belgian dark chocolate – melted
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – whipped
  • 🥚 Eggs – separated
  • 🍬 Sugar – granulated
  • 🧸 Teddy bear mold

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  • 🍫 Gently fold in melted chocolate.
  • 🥛 Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites.
  • 🧸 Pour into teddy bear molds and chill.
  • ✨ Unmold and serve chilled.
