Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef cheeks – 1.5 lbs
- 🍝 Pasta – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) – to taste
- 🍷 Red wine – 1 cup
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear beef cheeks in a pot until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Add onions, carrots, and herbs to the pot and cook until softened.
- 🍷 Deglaze with red wine, then add tomato paste and beef broth.
- 🥘 Braise beef cheeks in the sauce for 2-3 hours, or until tender.
- 🍝 Cook pasta according to package directions. Shred beef cheeks and toss with the pasta and sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
