Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef – cut into cubes
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🧅 Onions – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
- 🥛 Yogurt – whisked
- 🥄 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – sliced
- 💧 Ghee/Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
- 🥘 Marinate beef with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and herbs; rest for 30 mins.
- 🍚 Layer marinated beef, rice, fried onions, and herbs in a heavy-bottomed pot.
- 💧 Add water or broth and simmer on low heat until rice is cooked and beef is tender.
- ✨ Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with raita.
