Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef – cut into cubes
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🧅 Onions – thinly sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
  • 🥛 Yogurt – whisked
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • 💧 Ghee/Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🥘 Marinate beef with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and herbs; rest for 30 mins.
  • 🍚 Layer marinated beef, rice, fried onions, and herbs in a heavy-bottomed pot.
  • 💧 Add water or broth and simmer on low heat until rice is cooked and beef is tender.
  • ✨ Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with raita.
