Ingredients
- 200g Shrimp 🦐, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- 2 cloves Garlic 🧄, minced
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes 🍅, halved
- 1/4 cup White wine 🍷
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley 🌿, chopped
- Salt 🧂 and pepper to taste
- 200g Linguine pasta 🍝
- Lemon wedges 🍋 for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. 🍝
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 🔥
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 🧄
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. 🦐
- Add cherry tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until tomatoes soften slightly. 🍅🍷
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. 🌿🧂
- Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp sauce. Toss to combine. 🍝
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges. 🍋
