Ingredients

  • 🥡 Bao buns – 4 pieces
  • 🥩 Protein (chicken/pork/tofu) – 200g, sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Sriracha – to taste
  • 🌱 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • ♨️ Steam bao buns until soft and fluffy.
  • 🍳 Stir-fry your choice of protein until cooked through.
  • 🥬 Add cabbage and carrots to the pan, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🍶 Season with soy sauce and sriracha.
  • 🌮 Fill the bao buns with the stir-fried mixture and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
