Ingredients
- 🥡 Bao buns – 4 pieces
- 🥩 Protein (chicken/pork/tofu) – 200g, sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Sriracha – to taste
- 🌱 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- ♨️ Steam bao buns until soft and fluffy.
- 🍳 Stir-fry your choice of protein until cooked through.
- 🥬 Add cabbage and carrots to the pan, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 🍶 Season with soy sauce and sriracha.
- 🌮 Fill the bao buns with the stir-fried mixture and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
