Ingredients

  • 🌿 Betel leaves – 2
  • 🍬 Gulkand – 2 tbsp
  • 🥥 Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
  • 🍒 Candied cherries – 1 tbsp
  • 🌰 Chopped nuts – 1 tbsp
  • 🌈 Tutti Frutti – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Katha paste – a pinch
  • ⚪ Chuna (lime paste) – a pinch

Instructions

  • 🌿 Wash and pat dry the betel leaves.
  • 🥄 Apply a small amount of chuna and katha paste on one side of each leaf.
  • 🍬 Spread gulkand evenly over the leaves.
  • 🥥 Add grated coconut, candied cherries, chopped nuts and tutti frutti.
  • 🍃 Fold the leaves carefully to form a triangle or roll and secure with a clove.
