Ingredients
- 🌿 Betel leaves – 2
- 🍬 Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
- 🍒 Candied cherries – 1 tbsp
- 🌰 Chopped nuts – 1 tbsp
- 🌈 Tutti Frutti – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Katha paste – a pinch
- ⚪ Chuna (lime paste) – a pinch
Instructions
- 🌿 Wash and pat dry the betel leaves.
- 🥄 Apply a small amount of chuna and katha paste on one side of each leaf.
- 🍬 Spread gulkand evenly over the leaves.
- 🥥 Add grated coconut, candied cherries, chopped nuts and tutti frutti.
- 🍃 Fold the leaves carefully to form a triangle or roll and secure with a clove.
