Ingredients
- 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫙 Chaat masala – to taste
- 🫙 Green chutney – to taste
- 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
- 🍥 Sev – for garnish
- 🫓 Papdi – crushed (optional)
Instructions
- 🥔 In a bowl, combine boiled potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and tomatoes.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice, chaat masala, green chutney, and tamarind chutney. Mix well.
- 🌶️ Add chopped green chilies if you like spicy food. Add salt accordingly
- 🥣 Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
- 🫓 Sprinkle crushed papdi on top for added crunch and serve immediately. Enjoy!
