Ingredients

- 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – for aroma
- 🥭 Ginger – grated
- 🌱 Turmeric – ground
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
- 🥭 Add ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves; cook briefly.
- 🍗 Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
