Ingredients

  • 💧 Water – As needed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • 🫘 Combine cooked lentils and vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice for a complete meal.
