Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup, cooked
- 🫘 Lentils – 1/2 cup, cooked
- 🥦 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (carrots, beans, peas)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Spices – Turmeric, cumin, coriander powder
- 🥄 Oil – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – As needed
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 🫘 Combine cooked lentils and vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice for a complete meal.
