Ingredients

  • 🍝 Rigatoni pasta – 1 pound
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🍅 Crushed tomatoes – 28 ounces
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
  • 🌿 Fresh basil – chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
  • 🍅 Add crushed tomatoes, vodka, and cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🍝 Cook rigatoni until al dente; drain and add to sauce.
  • 🧀 Transfer to a baking dish, top with parmesan, and bake until bubbly.
