Ingredients

  • 🦑 Baby Squid – 1 lb, cleaned
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 tsp
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 🦑 Add baby squid and cook for 5-7 minutes, until opaque and tender.
  • 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
