Ingredients
- 🦑 Baby Squid – 1 lb, cleaned
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 tsp
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 🦑 Add baby squid and cook for 5-7 minutes, until opaque and tender.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
