Ingredients

- 🍌 Banana leaf – for wrapping
- 🥥 Coconut – grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – fresh, chopped
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice until it is soft and fluffy.
- 🥥 Mix grated coconut, chopped green chilies, and coriander with the cooked rice.
- 🌿 Take a banana leaf and spread the rice mixture evenly on it.
- 🔥 Wrap the banana leaf tightly around the rice.
- ♨️ Steam the wrapped rice until heated through. Serve hot.
