Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook rice until it is soft and fluffy.
  • 🥥 Mix grated coconut, chopped green chilies, and coriander with the cooked rice.
  • 🌿 Take a banana leaf and spread the rice mixture evenly on it.
  • 🔥 Wrap the banana leaf tightly around the rice.
  • ♨️ Steam the wrapped rice until heated through. Serve hot.
