Ingredients

  • 🍄 Assorted mushrooms (shiitake, enoki)
  • 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced

  • 🍶 Tofu
  • 🥢 Shabu-shabu dipping sauces (sesame, ponzu)

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare broth in a pot and bring to a simmer on a portable burner.
  • 🥩 Briefly cook Wagyu slices in the simmering broth.
  • 🥬 Add vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu to the broth to cook.
  • 🥢 Dip cooked ingredients in your choice of dipping sauce.
  • 🍚 Serve with rice or noodles to complete the meal.
